Whilst not to alarm the public of the Canary Islands, The Emergency planning team have advised that all citizens have adequate supplies in place at home.

The idea being that in case of any natural emergency or supply issues, you are appropriately stocked along with your family / friends.

This is not in any way to panic buy, just to get supplies you need. The EU advise having 72hrs worth of food / water etc
