If willpower was enough, we'd all be drinking green smooties at sunrise, meditating for an hour, and never touching our phones in bed...ooops..😅.

Using willpower can even worsen your habit. Habit is like a muscle and fatigues over time. In case you get tired and give in, you'll be first of all discouraged. But your habitual cycle strengthens every time you give in again- and it becomes more difficult to break.

It's never about the habit- you don't need your ci******es, nor emotional overeating. Real change happens when you address what stands behind your habit. Body, emotions, and mind need to be worked on and understood.
When working on habits, I want you to feel safe doing things differently, but also to actually look forward! Yes, it can be exciting to change! Not stressful.

That's what I help my clients with- using hypnosis, mindfulness, CBT, to reprogram their habit loop and reduce the stress beneath it.

🌿 Whether it's smoking, nail-biting, scrolling or emotional eating- change can feel calm, and relieving!

Hypnosis isn’t about someone doing magic to you (sorry, I know - disappointing! Some people approach me hoping for that, and I always have to clarify 😃).

It’s also not about losing control.

Think of it like guided mindfulness- helping you tap into the most powerful tool you already have: your mind 🌱
It’s about learning to consciously use what you have previously allowed to happen unconsciously.

Wether it’s breaking habits, reducing stress, or boosting confidence or when feeling low- hypnosis helps you focus your mind, not trick it.

🧠✨ A Gentle Reminder About Mental Health on Social Media

Lately, several international magazines and newspapers have raised an important concern: the risks of seeking mental health advice online. The German „Der Spiegel” pointed out that many mental health influencers have no formal psychological education, while The Guardian reported that over 50% of mental health tips on TikTok contain misinformation.

This isn’t meant to create fear- but awareness. 🌱 the intention might be good, yet misinformation can be risky, even harmful.

In the Uk there’s a court case with a woman sueing a company she took a yoga teacher training with, as it triggered with certain exercises a trauma and she lives now a dysfunctional life.

I also work in this field and use social media to share insights. However, my goal is not to solve your issues here, but to inspire and motivate you to look deeper- to explore evidence- based support and to trust your ability to find answers that truly help you.

Scepticism is healthy ✨ I completely understand your concerns- especially since one of my tools is clinical hypnosis , which is often misunderstood. But your questions and doubts are a sign of intelligence and self-awareness, and I deeply value that. Please ask critically 🙏🏼

The difference between a mindful and hedonistic lifestyle:

It‘s not about living FOR the moment but IN the moment- fully present with all the chaos life brings.

Meeting life as it is, not as you wish it to be.

Hedonism chases the moment. Mindfulness inhabits it.

One escapes chaos; the other learns to dance with it.

One seeks pleasure, the other cultivates presence.

The first burns out, the second builds something lasting.

It’s about being fully here. With the joy, the mess, the uncertainty.

Feeling wired or restless? Try this simple grounding yin yoga pose.

Set a timer for 3 minutes per side- 6 minutes in total.
As you settle in, feel the floor beneath you.
Soften all points of contact between body and floor even more downward.
Feel supported by the earth.

This pose works on the spleen meridian.
If out of balance, it can manifest as excessive worry, making these mindful 6 minutes an excellent practice for nurturing and harmonizing.

For a greater sense of peace, calmness and mental clarity.

For now, there’s nothing to do-
Just rest, release and undo…. more and more….

You don’t have to „feel stressed” to BE stressed.

Sometimes it’s shows up quietly- in your body, your habits, and your mood.

Jaw clenching at night ( you do it also during the day but don’t notice), endless scrolling and senseless use of phone, stomach issues, sleepless nights, irritability, etc.

These are often your body’s language to express: „I am overwhelmed”.

But some get used to these signs and don’t listen anymore.

The good news?
Just the decision to listen and change will solve a part, the other part is to retrain your system to reposed differently- as you take back control.

This is what I help my clients do- using a blend of mindfulness , CBT, ACT, and hypnosis to calm your body, clear the mind and build long term resilience. 💪🏻✨

High Five!

The 3rd Edition of the is over.

It could not have been going better.

For the last 2 years I had the honor and pleasure of teaching here, this time I supported behind the scenes. It was exactly what I needed: the chance to practice fully as a student.

I am still filled with inspiration and my heart beating happily after so many enriching conversations with presenters and yogis in between the sessions, and of course after many memorable workshops.

I can’t wait for Number 4.

Return to your routine not as a duty, but as a ritual- each breath, each step, a quiet act of honouring yourself.

September, at least, here on our beautiful island Mallorca, is about coming back to ourselves, back to our routines.

But how does it look like?

New beginnings always offer us a chance to choose again- what we love and how we want to care for ourselves, moving forward.

That care doesn’t have to be loud or dramatic.

It can start with the tiniest rituals- little gestures that change everything over time.

✨Regularity is the magic- not the noise around it. ✨

Every breath you are taking during the day can be- consciously taken, turned into a ritual and magic tool for yourself.

The real transformation isn’t in how things look-
it’s in how they FEEL.

At the end of my yoga classes I always ask people to bow down to themselves ( and to the others) .

Taking this quality into your everyday tasks - like every breath you are taking as an offering to yourself-
turns it into your Medicine.
Your ritual.
Your way to return back…home.
