My amazing friend told me to dream so big that I get afraid. Of course, I've heard this phrase before, but I've always let my fears and excuses win. Hearing her say it today was different. I'm ready. I still have fears, but I'm doing it anyway! I'm filled with excitement and ready to take action!

Svettig bild från mållinjen på Benidorm 10 km förra året 😃 och nu är vi anmälda igen! Med en målsättning om att löpa samma sträcka i mina five-fingers (och en snabbare tid än John Endre! 😃). Jag var ca 20 sekunder ifrån förra året, utan att veta om det. Nu nördar jag i fot-kurs och tränar fötterna på kvällarna 🤓 viktigare syssla än man kan tro! 🙋🏻‍♀️Hi, my name is Thea!

I am a physiotherapist and Healthcoach. I am passionate about helping people find good solutions to improve their health. As a physiotherapist, the main focus is on activity and movement, but I always bring my expertise in nutrition and psychology with me. I work based on analysing movement patterns to find measures to correct imbalances. For some, it is about returning to previous function, for others, maintenance and prevention of deterioration are more important. Treatment measures can be in the form of loosening up rigid muscles with massage or needles, stretching and training the right muscles. There can also be a focus on stress management and finding techniques for relaxation. Everyone's situation is different and must therefore be adapted individually.

As a Healthcoach, I can help you analyse and structure measures around life changes. We work as a team based on your goals and your assumptions. Whether you want to lose weight, reduce inflammation in the body, or simply want more joy in life, this is a great starting point for a collaboration with me.

Personal:

I have been working as a physiotherapist since 2010. I also have a bachelor's degree in psychology and have worked for several years in psychiatry. In 2022 I completed an education to become a Healthcoach. The motivation for this came from the fact that I myself had experienced having a chronic inflammatory disease from which I recovered. I did this by adapting my diet and lifestyle to my specific challenges. Seeing what results you can achieve with lifestyle changes has motivated me to help others do the same.

As a person, I am committed, creative and I like to be active. I have lived in Spain for three years with my family. With three children, life is rarely boring. Otherwise, I am an active padel tennis player. I also like to go hiking, practice yoga and swim.

Jeg er fysioterapeut og Helsecoach. Jeg brenner for å hjelpe folk med å finne gode løsninger for å forbedre helsen sin. Som fysioterapeut er hovedfokuset på aktivitet og bevegelse, men jeg har alltid med meg min kompetanse innen ernæring og psykologi. Jeg jobber med utgangspunkt i å analysere bevegelsesmønster å finne tiltak for å rette opp i ubalanser. For noen handler dette om å komme tilbake til tidligere funksjon, for andre er det viktigere med vedlikehold og forebygging av forverring. Behandlingstiltak kan være i form av å løse opp med massasje eller nåler, tøye og trene de riktige musklene. Det kan også være fokus på stressmestring og å finne teknikker for å kunne koble av. Alles situasjon er forskjellig og må derfor tilpasses individuelt.

Som helsecoach kan jeg hjelpe deg med å analysere og strukturere tiltak rundt livsendringer. Vi jobber som et team ut fra dine mål og dine forutsetninger. Enten du vil gå ned i vekt, minske inflammasjon i kroppen, eller at du rett og slett ønsker mer glede i livet så er dette fine utgangspunkt for et samarbeid med meg.

Personlig:

Jeg har jobbet som fysioterapeut siden 2010.I tillegg har jeg en bachelorgrad i psykologi og jeg har jobbet flere år innen psykiatri. I 2022 tok jeg en utdannelse for å bli Helsecoach. Motivasjonen til dette kom fra at jeg selv hadde opplevd å ha en kronisk inflammatorisk sykdom som jeg ble frisk fra. Dette gjorde jeg ved å tilpasse diett og livstil til mine spesifikke utfordringer. Å se hvilke resultater man kan oppnå med livsstilsendringer, har motiverte meg til å hjelpe andre med å klare det samme.

Som person er jeg engasjert, kreativ og liker og være aktiv. Jeg har bodd tre år i Spania med min familie. Med tre barn er livet sjeldent kjedelig. Ellers er jeg en aktiv padel tenis spiller. Jeg liker også å gå turer, trene yoga og svømme.
