Facial Massage: A Trend That’s Here Now.
It’s exciting to see beneficial practices gaining popularity in society. I rarely share personal updates on my social media, but many know that I love sports. While my interests have varied, yoga has remained a constant in my daily life for the past 14 years, thanks to its benefits and meaning.

A few years ago, just before my birthday, I realized the importance of facial care. It’s natural that our focus shifts and expands with time. That summer, I’m back in Lithuania, I completed several facial massage courses with Diana Gervienė. Spontaneously, I also enrolled in the Health Sciences Department’s Beauty Therapy program at St. Ignatius Loyola College, where my knowledge broadened even more. One can only see the positives! I successfully completed my first year.

This summer, after giving my mom a facial massage and witnessing her rejuvenation both externally and internally, I saw the benefits of facial massage. Her feedback boosted my confidence and inner desire to share this energy by performing facial massages for others.

So, I invite You to experience a facial massage flowing through me. 🤍

"Lila" (or Leela) translates from Sanskrit as "Game". Leela teaches us to see life as a game - to embrace every moment with an open heart. It helps us to reach into the depths of our wisdom, to answer all kinds of questions.

Leela's philosophy is a quintessence of Vedic knowledge. The ancient yogis, after exploring the maze of human mind, identified 72 initial states of being and consciousness, and these states correspond to the 72 boxes of the game of Leela.

The most ancient game of self-knowledge, Leela, is a gift for every human being on the path. By using this game as a mirror of real life, you can save many years. Years that you would have spent searching for the path that brought you into this incarnation, that made you incarnate.

The Game of Leela is a self-discovery tool that allows you to " test the route " and, if necessary, to adjust your direction of movement. Leela is one of the systems of self-knowledge, a way to know life and the laws of the Universe.

Game mechanics: the player rolls the dice, allowing karmic forces to determine the next move on the board. He travels through the different planes of existence, ascending with arrows and descending with snakes, in order to become aware of the intentions of his Higher Self wherever he finds himself.
The game ends only when the player has fully realised the essence of karmic forces and attained Cosmic Consciousness.

The next Baltic Lila games live in Tenerife, led by Ruta Healing centre at the Evelina Yoga studio, Travesía de San Vicente 19, Alcala.
