Another brilliantly productive run of property searches wrapped up — six clients settled into secure long-term homes, and lots to celebrate along the way!

🔹 Four searches wrapped up in under a week, thanks to clear market insight, strong local networks, and great relationships with landlords.
🔹 One move organised entirely from abroad — virtual viewings, signed contracts, and a smooth arrival lined up for mid-November.
🔹 Two landlords chose my clients over other applicants, simply because of the trust we’ve built through previous successful lets.

All six clients are now set up with long-term agreements, and only two required a full year’s advance rental.
And the best bit?

Four families told me they “couldn’t believe their luck” in finding the right home so quickly. Moments like that make the long days worthwhile. 💛🏡

Loads of smiles on this (rarely) grey morning in Malaga, to celebrate the completion of all paperwork steps for Sean and Dana.

Arrived early October and within 6 weeks everything completed, from initial NIEs to final residencies, so now it is time to start settling in and enjoying new life in Malaga!

Kim has just arrived from the US directly into her brand new beautiful apartment in Soho (one of Malaga's most regarded "barrios"), which was sourced and arranged by myself in a matrer of literally 10 days, and all remotely!

This was a combination of trusted local connections and a lucky coincidence if curcumstances where the right property was matched to the right tenant 😁

Now she can focus on settling in (and her fabulous views from the 10th floor)

Oh! And the TIE is also already sorted for next week! All within literally 2 weeks of arrival!

This lovely family contacted me a few months ago, freshly arrived to Spain. They both had a good command of Spanish and had completed a great deal on their own, but Spanish beaurocracy got the better of them. Feeling somewhat overwhelmed they got in touch through a recommendation!

It was a mix of EU/non-EU nationalities, so lots of steps and processes to complete, and we were under time-pressure due to limitations for non-EU.

We rolled up the sleeves and got to work as a very well aligned team (one of the key success factors in any relocation project).

Today final steps completed and everyone holds a legal residency permit in Spain!
