Hey all.

I’m a big believer in honesty especially when it comes to social media so here you are…. Yesterday I was asking Stacey if we could do a sickie today. She was adamant we had to open because that’s what we said. We landed at 2am and opened the doors again at 9am.
It was well worth it. Thanks to all off you for coming on in for a feed and a drink. We were busy as ever and we didn’t expect it. Lots of new faces too.
A few times we had people asking “how long until a free table”… you know who you are because I don’t (busy cooking) thank you for your patience and we will see you again soon and we should be a bit more in the swing of things.
Basically…. Thanks for coming in today and thanks to my wife for making me man up. She kept smiling and having chats with people knowing we can reflect on today. Good job we don’t do it for the money. However we have kids to feed and bills to pay and after a holiday we need you more than ever so please… get your arses in and spend some money with us because we need another holiday already. 😂
