The first text of the day.... Maybe we all need to hear these words.
We all encounter many types of people in our lives, but if you've been part of a family, friend or colleague relationship that left you feeling a little low after interactions and had you questioning your own thoughts or reality, self worth etc, the likelihood is that you experienced a form of attack on your spirit.
It's important that we practice self love and check in with our reality daily. If you've been exposed to a toxic relationship over years, it's possible your identity as a loveable person has been eroded slowly over time without you noticing, but you feel lost, sad or confused about your identity.
You might be living in a fog or doubting and judging yourself daily, worse still holding back because your self belief system is completely corrupted.
So, here's a little practice you can run through your mind and heart each day. Place your feet on the floor, a hand on your heart, or 2 😉 and remind yourself...
