How I chose the workouts of the week:
No plan, no optimization, just following inspiration and what I felt like doing!
Couple of years ago I used to follow a strict schedule of leg day, upper body, etc. days at gym, but that was so boring and uninspiring life.
It took away all the joy of movement, so I went back to doing more what I feel like, having fun with the group classes, and finding the sweaty workouts that actually feel much better for my body than gym sessions.
I used to write a weekly workout diary to my paper calendar, so I thought why not write movements of the week here.
This week's movements came down to about 11 hours.
