Breathe in clarity, breathe out what no longer serves. As we shift into Autumn’s Metal element, we’ll nourish the Lung & Large Intestine meridians with gentle chest/shoulder openers, soothing Yin, and a deeply restorative gong sound meditation. Then we’ll gather for a wholesome brunch by the pool.

We have a lovely community in the heart of the peaceful village of Hartley Wintney, and offer a very client-centered approach.

Our classes are small to ensure you can all be looked after and receive the best care, our mats are cleaned after each class, we have pillows and blankets to hand, and you are always welcome to stay for a warm drink and a chat after your class.
