Hello lovely ladies,
Over the last days, I’ve been sharing simple tools to reset your nervous system, especially for busy lives that need more calm, clarity, and energy

Benefit: releases facial tension and sends calming signals to the brain

When to use it: creative blocks or emotional tension
Benefit: combines music and movement to relax the mind and recharge the nervous system
