Up bright and early this morning for yin yoga on the beach. It was tranquil, fresh and beautiful.
7:30am every Saturday, on the Arenal Beach.

It's been a busy week but after some yin yoga this morning I felt completely replenished and relaxed. If anyone is interested I am teaching 2 yin classes a week.
Monday at 5pm (indoors with AC)

And Saturday mornings 8:00am (could change to 7:30am)

It's been one of those mornings! But now I will
LET IT GO! & Look forward to YOGA tomorrow morning at We Camp. We will have a sweet 8:30,am yoga class by the pool followed by some nice coffee. Taking time to connect with ourselves but also time to connect to other people.Below is the location...
