The height of summer invites us to slow down and soak in its golden warmth. Under the season of Leo, the sign of heart, radiance, courage and self-expression, nature reaches its fullest bloom, and so can we. August becomes an invitation to expand, reconnect with our inner light, and shine with ease.
Vera .bettiol is an E-RYT 500 YA certified yoga instructor & former YTT lead. Vera is specialized in Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Hormone Yoga Therapy (HYT), Meditation, EFT and crystal bowl sound-healing.
She was born and raised in Italy, lived for many years in California and has studied with several international teachers, each of whom has taught her the infinite possibilities of yoga practice and this ever-evolving path. Currently she teaches yoga at numerous studios in Italy, and travels the world leading yoga workshops and 200hrs Yoga Teacher Trainings. She continues her journey driven by love for this discipline and for knowledge and these are the same drives she brings to teaching.
