Hi everyone ☺️ I have some lovely news to share with you.
As a lot of you already know, in June this year I joined Hands with Heart Foundation on their Humanitarian Mission to Costa Rica.

Almería Living magazine got wind (thank you Michael Woolnough 🙏), and asked me if I'd like to submit a series of articles documenting my experience, to shine a light on the amazing work that Hands with Heart Foundation has been doing since it's inception in 2016, by fellow Osteopath Dr Jorge Aranda.

Episode 1 of 'An Osteopath on a Mission' is now available to read online (pages 63-65), with the print version of the magazine available from Monday 👍

I hope you enjoy reading about my adventures as much as I did revisiting my very fond memories of an incredible trip, as I put fingers to keyboard ☺️
