SOL Yoga & Holistic Therapy Centre (est 2010) is set in the picturesque Almanzora valley, sitting atop the small village of La Cinta, ARBOLEAS. With stunning views of the foothills of the Sierra Filabres. Andalucia, Spain.
Maya is a Hatha Yoga teacher who shares her enthusiasm for original and traditional Hatha Yoga within her classes. She has been practising Yoga since March 2003 and has been teaching since 2010.
Maya qualified as a yoga teacher with the Divine life Society, (Almeria branch) under the guidance of her yoga teacher Sharon Fisher and with the British School of Yoga.
In April 2019 Maya completed her Raja Yoga Teacher with Integral Yoga®.

She teaches Integral Yoga® from the tradition of Swami Satchidanada and Hatha Yoga based on the method of Swami Sivananda and is a Reiki Master/Teacher in the traditional Mikao Usui teachings and Angelic Reiki Master/Teacher.
Yoga classes with Maya involve Chanting, Asana (postures), Relaxation, Pranayama (breathing practices) & Meditation, focusing on improving both mind and body. Every process is well explained and demonstrated throughout the session. Maya tries to maintain the purity and essence of Yoga as well as variety, which appeals to so many of her students.
Students of all ages are welcomed, whether beginners or more experienced and everyone is encouraged to learn at their own pace on your unique journey to total body and mind wellness.
