👩🏻‍🍳Sara from Cordoba (Spain) and 👩🏼‍🍳Inese .me.softly from Ragana (Latvia) are coming together in Lithuania to create a fusion of the Southern Spanish cuisine and the Baltic gardens & meadows!
We invite you to join us on a gastronomical journey: a 4-course dinner on August 9th, followed by a tapas style brunch the next morning in the beautiful setting of Užventis Manor Mill (Lithuania). This place is truly a treat (and is located only 2.5h drive from Riga / Vilnius)! 🌿

Taller de Kombucha en Yoga Day de .sarigi 🥂

Una de mis intenciones para cada taller de cocina es compartir la idea que todo es más sencillo… 🫧 Incluso, hacer una kombucha!

Claro, que las burbujas de una kombucha de lata como por ejemplo son a otro nivel, pero también nada es imposible! 🤠😜
Para este taller he colaborado con para llevar los SCOBYs más fuertes y saludables al taller de Yoga Day, que ha sido un éxito! Continuo a ver los resultados compartidos por los participantes y me alegro mucho! 🤩

Una de las partes más bonitas de cada taller es ver como los participantes se animan y se vuelven creativos… Es un intercambio precioso! Estoy agradecida por cada oportunidad y ocasión de compartir esta pasión en lugares diferentes 🤍

Continuamos a descubrir el mundo del Theobroma Cacao a través de los Talleres de Cacao en .coffee 😋

Durante el proximo taller del 11 de Mayo (es el último de esta temporada entes que voy a Letonia), compartiré mi conocimiento sobre el cacao, las especies y métodos para preparar:
• tu bebida de cacao ceremonial (que es una rica medicina del corazón)
• bebida de cacao diaria (que puede servir como alternativa natural al colacao)
• chocolates saludables (para llevarlos a tu casa y disfrutarlos en un momento especial)

Todo será elaborado con ingredientes puros, libres de azúcares refinados, gluten y lactosa.
