Self-Care Looks Different for Everyone

Self-care isn’t just bubble baths and face masks (though we love those too!).

Sometimes it's:

* Moving your body with a walk or dance
* Saying “no” without overexplaining
* Journaling your thoughts
* Seeing a therapist or joining a support group
* Simply resting without guilt

Taking care of your mental and physical wellbeing means tuning in to what you need — not what social media says you “should” do.

Visiting a group like the Tenerife Woman’s Club is also self-care.
Connecting, sharing, being heard — it's healing in the most human way!

We are meeting every Wednesday at 11:00 at the Apolo Centre Los Cristianos ( 1st floor, South Tenerife Christian Fellowship)

Dear Ladies

Just a quick note to let you know that Tenerife Woman’s Club will be taking a short summer break ☀️

There will be no meetings on the 2nd and 9th of July as our facilitators take a well-deserved holiday

But don’t worry — we’ll be back, refreshed and ready, on Wednesday, 16th of July with more connection, conversation, and support.
