In recent years, wherever I worked, I shared these tips with my team, perhaps because I see such bad cases in my yoga classes, many of them due to office work! And most of that could have been prevented!? 😵💫

Give the love to your back it deserves in a home office environment
The importance of a healthy back usually becomes apparent when it starts to hurt. And then it hurts a lot, and you can't do anything and you spend a lot of money and time trying to fix it. It'll be a long, painful, and unhappy process.
And the pain related to movement is not all: the organs are suffering too, from a poor posture (think of osteopathy), just silently.
Are you a digital nomad? So "you can work from anywhere and just need a laptop and internet"? That sounds cool, but if you sit for 6+ hours on a couch with your laptop in your lap for a prolonged period, it might not turn out to be so fun. Fisio is expensive, and so is being out of work because you can't sit or stand.
How about preventing all that in a way that you can even enjoy? Disclaimer: you still have to invest time, attention and money. But (I'm quite sure) it'll cost much less, and it's a happy journey!
I want to raise your attention to the importance of a proper working posture and ergonomics with this workshop and give a few tips on other aspects as well, like hydration, the importance of breaks, stretching, strengthening your back, loosening your hips, etc. We'll also learn a few simple and effective moves, talk about the available equipment, and share ideas.
