This week, five years ago, we found our Wild Warrior Yoga home, nestled between the pine trees of the Barbate Nature Reserve 🌳 Five Years Ago!!!

To celebrate, over the coming days we’ll be sharing a little of our story and shining a light on the teachers and wonderful humans who help make Wild Warrior Yoga the special home it is87 🫶

✨Gratitude🙏

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came to train with us, support us, and share their energy this season. Wild Warrior Yoga is not one fixed thing, it’s shaped by every single person who passes through.

As this chapter comes to a close, we’re already looking ahead… We’ll be back in the autumn, and our new dates are now live on the website.

Until then, we’ll be sharing some of our favourite moments from the season and maybe even a little online magic too 😉💕

The sun is officially back out in Spain!
After many weeks of rain, the wells are full, the warmth is back and everything is green 💚
We are already half way through our last 200 hour course of the season! We still have 2 places left on our 50hr Yin Yoga course starting Monday 9th March. ☯️
If the 200hr course is what you've got your eye on, stay tuned for our new season's dates in the next few days 🤸🏻‍♀️

And just like that, January course already ended nearly a week ago!!
Thank you to everyone for not only showing up but turning up with your full presence with open hearts and eager minds 😊
And of course thank you to and for being the best. And to for not only keeping us alive but feeding our souls with flavour and love. 💞🌻

Upside down or right side up?! 🤸🏻‍♀️
We’re heading into Week 4 of our January 200 hour teacher training, and we’re so excited to see our students step into the role of teacher 😊
This week is all about integration, each trainee teaches a full 1-hour class, begins our Adjustment Module (learning the foundations of safe, hands-on assists), and we wrap up our Yoga Philosophy studies with the 8 limbs of Yoga 🙏
We have one place left on our next course starting 8th February ✨

We love you Virgi!! Our musical mother and brunch queen. Our lives are so much better and more magical with you in them. You are so full of wisdom and care. Words can't express how grateful we are. 💕🙏✨

And just like that... We are in week 4 of our last teacher training of the year!
Our current group is smashing out some excellent classes this week 🤸🏽‍♀️ 🎉

✨ I mean… who wouldn’t want to spend a week with these two incredible humans? 😍

One final spot has just opened up on our 35 hour Ashtanga & Adjustments Immersion with Lascel & Virginia, running Thurs 6th to Tues 11th Nov.

Each morning begins with Led Ashtanga Primary followed by pranayama in the forest 🌿 then moving into two daily sessions diving deep into the art of skillful, safe, and intuitive adjustments.

We’ll wrap up each day with a series of playful, grounding, or restorative workshops designed to help you expand, explore, and unwind. (And of course don't forget all the delicious meals in between!)

The countdown begins! We are starting our season of courses and retreats a little later this year, in November. So whilst things wind down for winter, we begin to gear up! And we are so looking forward to getting back into the rhythm 🤸🏽‍♀️🧘🏼‍♂️

Wild Warrior Yoga exists because of you, the incredible community that gathers on your mats, at our trainings, and on retreat. You bring the energy, the magic, the friendships. (And let’s be real is the real boss 🙏).

We are what you make of us.
We are the connections, the community, the unfolding. (and the folding forwards 😂)
