a week of runs training for London marathon!!!! 🫵🏻🫦🏃🏼♀️☀️🤠💘🌟🥣
this week consisted of:
🪩 x2 easy runs
🌟 x1 long run
💗 x1 FAILED speed session (turned into easy instead xx)
💭 x3 sauna
✌🏻 x2 strength
body is feeling very tired this week so that’s why I listened to it and skipped my speed session 🫵🏻🫵🏻🫵🏻🫵🏻🫵🏻
next week i have the longest long run on my training plan 😄😄😄😄😄 send help x
