💡 Healing is Not About Stopping – It’s About Shifting 💡
I always thought I had to completely stop in order to heal. Stop pushing, stop doing, stop taking action. Rest, recover, wait… and then I’d feel better.
But what if healing isn’t about stopping—but about shifting?
For so long, I believed healing was only physical—that I had to pause everything until my skin was “better.” But I learned that true healing happens when we shift our mindset, not just our actions.
🌀 My breakthrough moment:
✨ I thought I had to wait for my eczema to heal before I felt confident—but confidence came when I showed up despite the discomfort.
✨ I thought I had to stop everything when my body flared up—but sometimes, gentle action (movement, self-care, emotional healing) was exactly what I needed.
✨ I thought I had to wait for the perfect moment to move forward—but healing happens in small daily steps, not in one big leap.
🌿 Healing isn’t always about stopping. Sometimes, it’s about choosing a different kind of action.
💙 Maybe today, the action you need is rest.
