                                            Healthy Low Sugar Pancake Dessert 🥞⚡️
1. Pancake Dough in a mixer:
- 100ml Organic low sugar soja milk 🥛 
- 50g Corn Flour 🌽 
- 30g Organic Oatmeal 🥣 
- 1 Banana 🍌 
- 2 Organic Eggs 🥚 
- 30g Vanilla Isolate Protein 
- 1 Coffee Spoon of Organic Agave Sirup 
- 50 ml Water 💦 
2. Cook it a Pan with Olive oil / Butter / Coconut Oil 
3. Then use a Cookie Cutter to make 4 igual discs 
4. Start with 1 pancake then add High Protein Quark (Yogurt) with low fat
5. Continue the process adding 1 pancake on it, again more yogurt
6. Repeat it 3/4 time as desired
7. End with toppings : Blueberries & Banana (Can be other fruits) 
8. Finish with some Nuts and Chia Seeds
