Often from various experts in therapy and counseling, you will hear that "in order to get that, you need to do the work".
And here comes the trap: the mind connects the word work with something negative, with struggle and sweat. Moreover, "working" with your mind and thoughts is totally scary and usually discourages people even if they need help.

THE BUSINESS OF LIVING
The Business Of Living (BOL) is both fascinating and complicated for every human being. For me the Business Of Living is also rewarding because this is what I do for a living. Are you curious what exactly am I doing?
Let’s try the 30 seconds elevator pitch, in a written version this time.
I, DUMI, help people alleviate their soul or body suffering. How? Using mainly hypnosis and tailored combinations of traditional and alternative psychotherapy tools.
How is hypnosis? The most quick and safe way to access that part of our mind that is usually not under our control: the subconscious, where most of trauma and drama is stored. The good news is that all your potential and solutions are also stored there. So, let’s open your secret treasure box together.
Does it work? Oh, Yes. Significant results on different emotional issues: from phobias to addictions or from anxiety and confidence to professional or romantic relationships issues. It also works in alleviating some physical symptoms, without interfering with the medical process.

There is a huge difference between thinking about something and feeling it!
After more than 10 years of research on how the human mind works, I finally understood how to break the vicious circle of thoughts-feelings-behaviours. The process goes usually like this: thoughts create feelings and feelings create behaviours that in reverse create more of the same kind of thoughts.
Trapped in this automatic pattern, many of us struggle with inner conflicts, created by the powerful energies that thoughts, feelings and actions bring in our lives. We want consciously to escape and yet we can't.
The key is to directly address the feelings that are more powerful than the thoughts. They are actually the fuel that powers alike thoughts. So, instead of fighting the thoughts that many times are automatic, I suggest addressing the feelings directly, no matter how good or bad they might be.
The trouble is that feelings and especially the very specific ones are stored in the subconscious mind, where you can have access with specific tools and methods.
One of these methods is hypnosis, that facilitates in an easy and unharmful way the access to the "deposit" of your mind, the subconscious, in order to get rid of unwanted, unhealthy or negative feelings.

TIME FOR MONEY
Most of us want mainly three outcomes in life: health, wealth and love. When it comes to money things become a bit tricky because usually we trade TIME for money. And unfortunately both time and money are scarce resources. If we have one, we lose the other one and vice versa.
As a result there is always stress around money and even more stress around time, especially in the information age, when we feel overwhelmed by details and options.
I've helped recently many people to create this simple shift in their mindset: from scarcity to abundance and from overwhelm to freedom.

THE POWER OF BELIEF
People keep asking me HOW can one remove limiting beliefs through Hypnosis and HOW can childhood subconscious programming be updated?
For this I usually use the same metaphor of planting the right seeds in a fertile soil. The soil is the MIND and the seeds are our thoughts.
Then where are the beliefs and especially the limiting ones? And what is a belief after all? Briefly said a belief is a mental acceptance that takes the form of a thought initially.
Then that thought generates other similar thoughts that create a belief. Eventually strong beliefs become principles that guide our life for good or bad, depending on the initial programming.
And here is where hypnosis helps updating or removing old and limiting beliefs. HOW? By accessing the subconscious layer of the mind and "quieting" the conscious, usually “chattering” mind.
Hypnosis is a deep state of relaxation, that facilitates the access to the subconscious beliefs that limit our endeavors in life.

DO YOU WANT MORE TIME AND MONEY?
Abundance starts indeed with the mind. Install thoughts and concepts of abundance and they will create that reality, eventually. Yet, many of us keep a scarcity mindset, while dreaming about abundance. The most common example is our mindset about time and productivity. Time, though being an abstract concept, seems to never be enough, which means a scarcity mindset. What can you do?
Think you have plenty of time first of all, in order to change the lack mindset. When we wake up with the same constant thoughts and pressure about not having enough time to do everything we like to do, that’s the very beginning and the trap of a poverty mindset. When we are in this hunt for more of something and we live in constant frustration of not having enough (time), the signal we transmit and the frequency we live in is one of scarcity. No matter how much abundance affirmations we introduce in our mind, it will not produce the results we want.
Repeat after me: I have an abundance of time for everything that matters and is supposed to be done; I enjoy every single present moment, as if it is the only one to be lived; the right persons and events will occur in the right time, the rest is just a learning experience.

DO YOU FEEL OVERWHELMED?
Do we procrastinate because we feel overwhelmed or do we feel overwhelmed because we procrastinate? This is the question!
And here is a possible answer: Procrastination is the side effect of feeling overwhelmed and overthinking.
Procrastination is definitely not laziness, but on the contrary the urge of doing too much, very well. So, do not be hard on yourself if you find yourself postponing when you feel overwhelmed with tasks. And here are 3 reminders when feeling overwhelmed:

DO YOU KNOW WHO YOU REALLY ARE?
The easier it is to say, the hardest it is to apply: BE YOURSELF! How exactly do you “be yourself” in case you know what that means? We do not come into the world with an instructions manual or with clear rules about how to be used or how to behave.
Unfortunately for many of us, in the very first years on this planet “OUR SELF” is shaped by emotionally immature caregivers or absent caregivers. Then the work is completed by the conditioning we have from society and we end up as adults still asking: Who am I, truly? And how do I find my true essence, in order to feel at peace and connected with my purpose?
When there is too much struggle for getting what you want, you likely are not aligned with your purpose and you are not being yourself.
One easy step to align and be yourself would be: SIMPLIFY! Abandon the things and even people that are unessential. That might sound selfish, but it’s actually the way to get closer to your true self and purpose. We don’t need more, we need just the essence, in order to be ourselves.

BEING GRATEFUL WHEN THINGS ARE NOT GREAT
It took me years to accept that life is not just and the world is far from perfect. Instead of embracing the kingdom of negativity or mistrust, actually this shift in thinking liberated me from many fears (fear of loss, of being misunderstood, or the general fear of future) and many negative feelings: anger, sadness, anxiety, frustration, procrastination.
Once you accept the “ugly truth” you can no longer be taken by surprise, you can’t be put through endless pain for reasons that you don’t control, you cannot be taken advantage of or be extremely disappointed by other humans and the most important thing: you no longer put on yourself the pressure of being right ( whatever that means for you: doing right things, making justice or being proved right).
This also gives you the power to move on through difficult times, as you fulfill one of the most challenging tasks: to be grateful when things are not that great!
When you remove the weight of the whole world from your shoulders, you might be capable of flying and see the world from a different perspective. Just give it a try!

Once upon a time, there was a girl who dreamed to help people and make this world a better place to live. Her name was Dumi. She was dreaming of stars and planning to eliminate the pain from people's lives. But how? Doctor, astronaut, writer, leader....all the possibilities were crossing her mind. As she started to explore the world she decided to become a journalist: to find the truth about things and to share it with people.
Then she wanted more: to be closer to the decision making process, so she could serve many people's interests. And she started to study cultures, organisations, management and security.
