What is Assisted Stretching, you ask?🤷🏼‍♀️

During 1 on 1 assisted stretching sessions, you (the client) get to fully relax, whilst I (a professional stretch expert) move your body into different stretches. We combine PNF (push and release a muscle whilst in the elongated state) and deep diaphragmatic breathing techniques to release tension, and stiffness in the body and mind. Not only is it a relaxing full body stretch, but it also helps to open up the body to:

* Enhance mobility, range of motion, and flexibility

* Strengthen connective tissue from muscles to joints

* Recover from injury and muscle soreness

* Improve sports performance and posture

* Decrease risk of injury

* Break down fascia and scar tissue

* Sleep better and improve overall sense of wellness

Do you want to be the next stretch therapist?

We are looking for 2 experienced health professionals to go through the Stretch Eden training program and join our team! Flexible schedule to start, with the opportunity to grow and become full time.

This training offers you a career shift, and allows you to get in front of this rising wave of the assisted stretching industry. Allowing you the perfect opportunity for massive growth and to become an early leader in this field.

1. Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)

2. Must have a minimum of 2 years prior bodywork experience and knowledge in the health and wellness industry; ie. personal trainer, fitness instructor, yoga instructor, massage therapist, physiotherapist, pilates instructor, chiropractor, doctor of medicine, etc.

3. Must be a committed professional, intending to stay in Barcelona

4. Must have the rights to work in Barcelona and registered as autonomo

5. Must have a positive attitude, be good with people, a team player and possess great soft skills

6. Must be relatively fit and comfortable moving bodies and doing physical labor
