2025 has been a year full of great achievements, challenges and learnings. A total of 365 days in which we have tried to do our best to improve people’s lives.

Because everything we do at ESTEVE is aimed at supporting our commitment to patients, healthcare professionals and caregivers, as well as our people and the planet that sustains us. At ESTEVE, quality is a continuous commitment. We uphold the highest standards at every stage: manufacturing APIs in highly controlled facilities, collaborating exclusively with specialized partners who meet our criteria, and relying on validated digital systems that ensure full traceability. Every step, from chemical synthesis to the final product, is thoroughly documented and reviewed to avoid errors and drive continuous improvement

Coinciding with this yearly moment, throughout November, our Quality Teams reinforced this culture through dynamic and educational initiatives. A reminder that quality is built every day by all of us.

These actions inspire us to stay engaged and continue moving forward together toward excellence.

Improving people's lives also means uniting efforts to provide support where it is most needed. This is the reason why every year we celebrate ESTEVE's Volunteering Month with the aim to reinforce our commitment and generate a positive impact in the society.

Coinciding with International Volunteering Day, we are proud to share that we carried out 13 initiatives across 6 countries, addressing the real needs and partnering with local organizations. Through these actions, our colleagues had the opportunity to experience firsthand the pillar of caring for people within our sustainability strategy.

Many thanks to all the people who made ESTEVE’s global corporate volunteering program possible. Both the volunteers and our Sustainability Ambassadors that have led the different initiatives.

This figure emphasizes the vital role of raising awareness and deepening understanding of the experiences of persons with disabilities. These efforts are key to challenging prejudices and fostering inclusive environments in society and the workplace.

🌎 The rise in global temperatures is one of the most damaging effects of climate change, and one of the most urgent to address.

At ESTEVE, we understand that caring for the environment also has a direct and positive impact on health, which is essential to our purpose of improving people's lives. We are making progress through actions such as upgrading equipment to improve energy efficiency and enhancing waste management to reduce our environmental footprint. At the same time, we are developing environmental criteria for supplier assessment and more sustainable packaging solutions, reinforcing our commitment to long-term sustainability.

Our goal is clear: to achieve Net Zero by 2050. In line with this commitment, we have already taken action that enabled us to reduce our carbon footprint by more than 10% in 2024 compared to 2022.

Pain has a profound impact on people's lives. Beyond physical discomfort, it can interfere with sleep, restrict mobility, affect mental health, and diminish overall quality of life.

It is estimated that 1 in 5 adults worldwide live with chronic pain — a reality that affects more than 1.5 billion people. But pain is not always chronic. Acute pain, often caused by injury, surgery, or illness, can significantly disrupt daily life. When not properly managed, it can evolve into chronic pain, amplifying its physical and emotional toll.

At ESTEVE, we reaffirm our commitment to those living with pain and to the professionals who work every day to alleviate it. We continue to promote patient well-being through early diagnosis, research, and access to effective treatments that improve pain management and quality of life.

Alzheimer’s doesn’t just take away memories — it lessens everyday life and autonomy for those living with it. 🧠

Yesterday we marked World Alzheimer’s Day, and at ESTEVE we stand with the World Health Organization () in raising awareness and encouraging early diagnosis of neurodegenerative diseases like this one.

👉 Alzheimer’s is the most common cause of dementia, a syndrome that already affects more than 55 million people worldwide, with nearly 10 million new cases every year. While age is the strongest risk factor, dementia, including Alzheimer’s, is not an inevitable part of ageing.

👉 Evidence shows that addressing factors like physical inactivity, smoking, or social isolation can help reduce the risk or delay the onset of dementia, giving people more years of quality of life.

Because for us, improving people’s lives starts with understanding, care, and innovation, and building a future where science and compassion walk hand in hand.

Coinciding with European Mobility Week, at ESTEVE we are developing mobility plans to help us identify opportunities to improve the way we travel to and from work.

Our goal is to find ways to promote more efficient and environmentally friendly mobility. This initiative is part of the Environment Care pillar of our Sustainability Strategy and is fully aligned with our objectives to reduce our carbon footprint and promote environmental responsibility.

We continue to explore new ways to reduce our carbon footprint and contribute, through these actions, to promoting cleaner, safer and healthier mobility practices. All this with one goal in mind: to improve our lives and that of the planet. 🌱
