En el Curso no nos centraremos en ninguna práctica colectiva o ritual en particular. El contexto general será el dzogchen: una exploración de su visión única y su «camino sin camino». Los temas que abordaremos incluirán:

1. La frontera invisible entre uno mismo y el diálogo condicionado con uno mismo.

2. Quiénes somos y quiénes podríamos ser, o la relación entre el centro y la circunferencia

3. El imperativo dzogchen o la ausencia d elección, y cómo se diferencia de la consecuencia kármica

4. Sentirse cómodo sin sentido de pertenencia

5. El sabor del cero primordial

Muy felices de reactivar el aprendizaje del Yantra Yoga en Kundusling (Barcelona) con Raquel Díaz
Del 12 al 14 Abril ofrecemos un curso para aquellas personas interesadas en conocer ésta práctica de Yoga en movimiento

Yantra Yoga es uno de los sistemas de yoga más antiguos del mundo. Proveniente del Tíbet, llegó a nosotros en la década de los 70 gracias a Chögyal Namkhai Norbu, maestro referente de las enseñanzas Dzogchen.

En el Yantra Yoga el movimiento está al servicio de la respiración, y ésta, a su vez, está directamente vinculada con nuestro prana o fuerza vital. Las formas que adoptamos con el cuerpo determinan y condicionan como respiramos y cómo nuestro prana circula en nuestro organismo. Observar y tomar conciencia de este hecho, nos permite gobernar nuestra respiración y descubrir el auténtico sentido de esta práctica.
