It’s impressive to realise how dreams can come true and how life can give you more than what I was expecting.

I met Julia and life opened up in unimaginable ways, adventures, love, spiritual connection… those are just some of the gifts that this relationship has brought.

Healthy relationships need skills to be developed! If we go into a new relationship only with what we’ve learned from our parents… imagine how that looks like (I guess you already know).

If you want to develop something strong and flexible, because maybe, you’re ready 💪to enjoy or create ✨ something with someone (or more) and want to enjoy life, with quality connections around yourself.
Then here are 5 keys 🔑 that need time and nourishment 🌱 , and also skills to navigate the intricacies of relationships, which are by nature… tricky!

We’re not perfect, an attachment style does not tell us who we are and how we act all the time, because we are more than the sum of our parts.

It’s been a couple of weeks of this powerful work done with the team of , it’s been an absolute pleasure to work with people committed to impact the world in a positive way ❤️ I take with happiness and gratefulness, to be able to share my work guiding the Integration Sessions and being there for people as they go through their own deep processes. It takes a lot of strength to be able to go within in this magical way.
I’m glad we can learn and heal together, to share with the world that which comes from the heart ❤️

It's been more than a week after this beautiful work with men in Iceland. We connected between us and to the land. I'm so happy to see different generations of men, reaching out, opening up, to understand that there's power in acceptance, in understanding their bodies and emotions. And see where things come and how they take shape from when we try to avoid, and take that responsibility with compassion. I'm happy to be able to work with them and with anyone that takes that step into their own life.

And what a gift to be able to do so with an amazing team, , Tobias and also more than a teammate, a brother

Ha pasado más de una semana después de este hermoso trabajo con hombres en Islandia. Nos conectamos entre nosotros y con la tierra. Estoy tan feliz de ver a diferentes generaciones de hombres, expandiéndose, abriéndose, para entender que hay poder en la aceptación, en comprender y escuchar sus cuerpos y emociones. En entender de dónde provienen ciertas conductas, actitudes, y qué forma toman estás en nuestra vida, y así, asumir esa responsabilidad con compasión. Estoy feliz de poder trabajar con ellos y con cualquiera que dé ese paso en su vida.

I keep learning everyday and with each group that I get to work. For me the Integration sessions are exactly where we weave back into our life all those powerful therapeutic experiences that we undergo 🍃. It was an absolute pleasure to organize this retreat to work on the *xualenergy with such an amazing group of people. The work was deep, healing, connecting but most important of all, the magic of each and everyone of the people present made it all possible. It allowed everything to flow and surprise each and everyone of us.

Thank you for not only being an amazing professional, but a flexible, loving and cunning person that helped each and everyone of us and lead us through the work.
Looking forward to keep creating more retreats and workshops around Sexuality and Health.
