Train with Sklayne is run by myself - Teodora Sklayne with 7 years of experience helping people to achieve their health and body composition goals. I have worked in exclusive personal training facilities in London, UK and Brisbane, Australia and am a very highly motivated and energetic professional. My passion goes beyond making people physically stronger, leaner and better looking (which of course is a nice perk). My mission is to help people to get to a healthier and happier place in their lives. I care about each and everyone I work with and want them to find why they want to achieve the changes in their current lives and teach them the tools needed to improve their health through exercise, nutrition, improving sleep, stress levels, relationship with their bodies and minds. It requires hard work and dedication from both sides and it is a tough and rewarding journey.

When people ask me about nutrition for health or for fat loss (the two most common) I would always say the same thing as number one importance - EAT YOUR VEGGIES!!

1. They are high in fibre which both increases satiety and also feeds the good bacteria in your gut, which is essential for health
2. They are high in vitamins and minerals your body would thrive on
3. They provide antioxidants which will help your immune system, detoxification and and keeping your cells healthy by protecting them from free radicals
4. They provide also hydration
5. They are low in calories and can fill you up easier (less space for the naughty stuff) and slow down the overall digestion of the meal (so you feel fuller for longer)

TOP TIP: the more colours you include, the more different nutrients you have on your plate, so eat a rainbow :)))

Have had a productive day of clearing things up. Cleaned my room thoroughly this morning and cleaning my computer of all the junk files I don't need.

It really feels great to allow space for the new things to come in by clearing the old.

While doing that, got in my photos folders and found this photo from my photoshoot in Brisbane, which a enjoyed sooo much. The photo is the in between when I was just laughing so hard.

It just reminds me of such fond memories and also that often the moments we are happiest are not the 'posed ones' or the ones we planned and expected, but the in-between ones.

So don't forget to take a breathe when you're feeling things are tough and remember those little moments and they will be back again and again.

Met Con/HIIT session is an intensive interval style session that will get your heart pumping doing full body exercises that will beg the best bang for the buck for your fitness.

At our Strength & Gymnastics session we teach you how to move better at a specific movement pattern and still get the sweat out of you in the end of it.
