Hello friends, I’d like to give you a little update on life, work, along with some exciting projects for next year.

Back in March I closed the doors to my in-person practice in Cork and moved to Spain. It’s long been a dream of mine to be living in this part of Europe - near the Pyrenees, the Mediterranean and France.
While my roots will always be in Éire (Ireland), something in me feels a deep connection with the land here.

Since moving here, I’ve continued to offer online somatic therapy and mentoring sessions and I’ve recently opened my in-person practice in Barcelona (first photo is me outside the space) where I’m now offering both somatic and craniosacral sessions.

Looking ahead, I’m beginning to shape some new somatic workshops for the new year - something I’m looking forward to sharing with you soon.

I was delighted to offer our Earth Body workshop co-facilitated with Mel at An Croí at Electric Picnic last weekend. Earth Body is a somatic based workshop that draws on meditation, movement and sound healing practices to deepen our relationship to the felt sense of our body and the land around us.

I’m looking forward to taking part in the Lughnasadh Festival in Cork city next Friday. Myself and Mel will be offering a 2 hour workshop exploring our connection to our body and the land through earth-rooted meditation and movement practices. This is a donation-based event. Earth Body
Our body is a natural expression of the earth. The human body and the earth are deeply interwoven. As we rewild our connection to our bodies, the more we deepen our relationship to the earth. Similarly, the more we look after the earth, the more she responds by providing a nourishing environment for our body to grow and flourish.
