אני זוכרת טוב טוב את כל המחשבות הללו לפני כל שיעור.

שמי יעלה ברוך ואני בוגרת סמינר הקיבוצים ובעלת תואר בתאטרון-מחול. מורה למחול לכיתות א'-יב' עם ניסיון נוסף בחינוך מיוחד.

מניסיוני כמורה נחשפתי לעוצמה של הריקוד ככלי טיפולי, כלי המספק ומחזק צדדים שונים באישיות להתמודדות בחיי היום-יום. בטחון עצמי, כושר התבטאות, עמידה בזמנים וריכוז לאורך זמן הם רק חלק מהכלים שהריקוד נותן.

אני יודעת ומזדהה עם גודל החששות הרב שיוצרת המחשבה של לרקוד מול עיניים בוחנות אחרות ולכן אני מציעה דרך אחרת.

אני מעבירה שיעורי ריקוד ותנועה בבית התלמיד בדרך אישית ותומכת.

בנוסף אני מציעה סדנאות ריקוד לערבי או פעילות חברה ובניית מופע ריקוד לבת\בר מצווה.

היפ-הופ, ג'אז, ג'אז לירי,ריקוד אפריקאי, מחול מודרני ובלט.
