                                            🫧 B L O A T I N G 🫧
a swollen state caused by retention of fluid or gas
Many of us know the feeling - heavy, swollen, uncomfortable. But can you distinguish what type of bloating you’re experiencing?
You know yourself better than anyone does so:
🍟 DIGESTION - If you know that you’ve indulged in a lot of salty, fatty, fried foods and alcohol and need to up your fibre, hydration and exercise - try those first. If the sensation persists - try some massage or if you’re concerned that there’s unusual pain and bathroom habits - speak to your health practitioner or doctor.
💘 OVULATION - If you feel bloated around ovulation or midway through your cycle, that’s really common for people who menstruate. Movement, hydration and kindness to self is always advised. 
💦 LYMPHATIC - Lymphatic stimulation will help with both of the above and can be done daily to help keep your lymph in flowwwww.
