I am seeing regular posts about being a healthy snack. They must be doing some good marketing campaigns around here. Don't be fooled by labels such as 'vegan', 'dairy free'. Its easy to associate those with 'health foods' but of course this is far from the truth. Here is a list of ingredients (where is the 'healthy' ingredient?):
Sugar,
Glucose Syrup,
Modified Starch,
6% Strawberry Juice from Concentrate,
4% Coconut Water from Concentrate,
Malic Acid,
Citric Acid,
Lactic Acid,
Potato Protein,
Natural Flavourings,
Fruit and Plant Concentrates (Black Carrot, Sweet Potato, Apple),
Acidity Regulator: Calcium Carbonate,
Fully Hydrogenated Sunflower Oil,
Hydrolysed Pea Protein

An apple or a bowl of strawberries would make for a great alternative. Processing reduces the fiber, vitamin and mineral content, while it increases the energy (calories) by adding sugar and further additives.
