You might have seen one or the other version of this cookie before on here. And if you always thought “it looks great, but I don’t like banana!” then this one’s for you! 😉

Fair warning: It’s not very sweet! So give it a taste-test before baking and add some sweetener of your choice (or use a banana instead of the applesauce 😜)

Simply mix:
- 120g applesauce
- 35g peanut butter (or any nut butter)
- 40g WAM Protein Pure Vanilla
- œ tsp baking powder
- 20g oats (blended works best)
- 15g dark chocolate chips

Divide into 2 dough balls and squish them to a cookie in between two baking sheets. Bake for 10-15 min at 180ÂșC in the oven or air fryer and voila - a cookie with 20+g of protein.

But don’t forget to also eat a “real” cookie every once in a while 😉

đŸŒ± vegans aren’t weak (science says hi!)
đŸŒ± cruelty-free
đŸŒ± and because I’m not building a brand that compromises my values

Bonus point: I couldn’t find a vegan protein powder I liked. So I made one 😂

There’s a lot of things going on, and sometimes I’m not good at sharing it!
So here’s a little recap of what happened in November 🍂

I decided to sit out Black Friday sales, because as a small business, I already run quite tight margins in order to offer you the best possible price on my products (head back to my Black Friday Reel for more details).

Co-hosted my first ever community event over at Attika Fitness and it was SO MUCH fun! We’ll definitely repeat something similar next year 😁

As a professional overthinker, I tend to think myself out of really good ideas and end up with something generic (see the state of the current WAM website 😮). But I’m about to get help in this area and am actually heading to Berlin on Thursday for the first point of action đŸ€©

Because of the recent panic about heavy metals in protein powders, and despite WAM protein already being double-checked by my manufacturer, I sent some samples to a third-party lab for testing. All came back excellent 👌

And last but not least: there’s stainless steel scoops with engraved WAM logo now available 😉 and if you’re a newsletter subscriber, you got a code for a free one in the last two mails!

No-bake Coffee & Pumpkin Protein Bites 🍂
Because it’s still pumpkin season and because pumpkin + WAM Iced Coffee is a power duo I will not be shutting up about.

These are soft, fudgy, high-protein, and take about 5 minutes to make. Roll them into balls if you’re an aesthetic person - or press into a tray like I do when I’m tired and hungry.

You’ll need:
- 200 g pumpkin purée
- 100 g oat flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (this won’t make them super sweet - add more if you prefer it sweeter!)
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 50 g WAM Iced Coffee protein
- Dark chocolate for drizzling or coating

Save this for your next batch of cosy snacks. ✹

I made WAM intentionally less sweet so you stay in control of the flavour - not the other way around.

Blend it into what you already love, sweeten it your way (or not at all), and skip the artificial aftertaste.

Do you agree it’s the most versatile flavour? 😉

Pure Vanilla was actually your pick - the first new flavour created entirely by public vote. And it turned out to be a much tougher nut to crack than expected. Vanilla sounds simple
 until you try making a version that’s subtle, delicious and (of course) not too sweet.

But it’s done. ✹

Pure Vanilla mixes with everything: fruits, nuts, cocoa, coffee - in smoothies, oats, bakes, or simply shaken with your favourite plant milk.
A true all-rounder for anyone who wants protein without the artificial aftertaste.

No Black Friday this year đŸ–€

This isn’t shade at brands doing it, and definitely not at shoppers either (trust me, I love a good deal).
But as a small business with low production volumes, my margins are tight if I want to keep offering high quality at a fair price.

Big brands can afford to slash prices and boost their ad spend, sometimes even taking a calculated loss. I can’t (yet 😅). Every cent I earn at WAM goes straight back into new products, collaborations, and community projects instead.

There’s also the issue of impulse buying and food waste. I’d hate for someone who has never tried WAM before to grab three bags because they’re cheap, just to realise they don’t love the flavour. I know that although many of you appreciate it, a less-sweet protein powder isn’t something most people are used to - and I created the sample packs for that exact reason. 💚

Most people only reach for protein after a workout - but that’s missing the point.
Your muscles don’t just need protein post-training; they need enough protein across the day. đŸ’Ș

Timing helps a little, but total intake matters much more.
So don’t stress about that 30-minute window. Focus on consistently hitting your daily target instead.

The muffin that accidentally went viral đŸđŸ«

Last year’s pear protein muffins made a comeback request I couldn’t ignore — so here they are again, with a cozy twist: chocolate hazelnut WAM protein.

Soft, balanced, vegan, and absolutely perfect with coffee ☕

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 70g flour (wholegrain or plain)
- 40g WAM Chocolate Hazelnut protein
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 pear (ripe but not too mushy)

Mix everything except the pear until you’ve got a crumbly mix — it’s not too dry, trust the process 😉 Then add the pear and keep mixing until you’ve got a firm batter.

Split between 4 muffin tins and bake at 180°C for ~15 minutes.

Save this recipe for when you want comfort food with a little purpose.
