You might have seen one or the other version of this cookie before on here. And if you always thought âit looks great, but I donât like banana!â then this oneâs for you! đ
Fair warning: Itâs not very sweet! So give it a taste-test before baking and add some sweetener of your choice (or use a banana instead of the applesauce đ)
Simply mix:
- 120g applesauce
- 35g peanut butter (or any nut butter)
- 40g WAM Protein Pure Vanilla
- œ tsp baking powder
- 20g oats (blended works best)
- 15g dark chocolate chips
Divide into 2 dough balls and squish them to a cookie in between two baking sheets. Bake for 10-15 min at 180ÂșC in the oven or air fryer and voila - a cookie with 20+g of protein.
But donât forget to also eat a ârealâ cookie every once in a while đ
