“Introduction To Treating Common Ailments”.

She will be teaching Yin yoga with Vinyasa flow that will help us restore our body at the end of the day.

Realizó su formación en el sur de la India, de la mano del maestro Vinay Kumar, quien la formó durante dos meses en un curso individual. Se especializó en yoga Prana Vashya, Pranayama y Back Bending. Viajó más veces a India donde practicó con diferentes maestros.
Desde 2014 es profesora de un yoga dinámico y creativo, prestando especial atención al desarrollo de una práctica consciente, saludable y enriquecedora.
