But one of the most studied aspects of persimmon nutrition is its potential to support heart health ❤️

Harriet, elite ultra runner, instrument maker, 801010 coach and raw vegan is sharing with us, during RAW Nature Retreat, one of her favorite recipes Persimmon Sorbet 😋🍧

Nothing complicated but definitely worth the try.
You just need a very ripe mushy persimmon and put it in the freezer without the stem. Leave it for 4 hours, than eat it with a spoon. Delicious & flavorful!
