It rewires your brain, wrecks your hormones, crushes your mood, and even shortens your life span.
The crazy part? It’s one of the most socially accepted forms of self-destruction.
When I work with clients, one of the first things I reset isn’t their workouts or supplements, it’s their nervous system.
Because without a regulated nervous system, you can spend 8 hours in bed and still wake up wrecked.
The flip side?
When you train your recovery, sleep becomes deeper, energy rebounds, focus returns, and calm becomes your baseline.
You don’t need more hours in the day.
You need better recovery.
