마리안 선생님과의 두 번째 레슨. 🤸🏻‍♀️
나만을 위한 인디비주얼 프로그램을 소개해주셨고, 내가 그것을 완전히 이해하기를 바라셨다. 마리안이 이번 레슨을 얼마나 진심과 정성으로 이끌어주셨는지 온몸으로 느낄 수 있었다🫶

형민이 레슨 도입에서는 바디리셋과 결이 닮아 있어 꽤 놀랐다.
고수들은 서로 통한다더니.. 명느와 미구엘은 눈빛만으로도 서로 통하고 있는 듯 하다. 깊고 넓은 인사이트를 지닌 두 분과 나눌 이야기가 너무 많다. 다음 만남을 기약하며.

Marian introduced an individual program designed just for me, hoping I would understand it with complete clarity.
I could truly feel how wholeheartedly she guided this session, I’m deeply grateful for that.🙏

Some parts reminded me of Mr. Choi’s Body Reset, the connection was surprisingly close.
As they say, masters speak through their eyes; there was a silent understanding between Mr. Choi and Miguel.
I sincerely hope to meet these two teachers with such deep and wide insight again.🍀

늘 상상 속에만 존재하던 내 미래의 스튜디오가 완벽한 모습으로 내 눈앞에 펼쳐졌다.
이거 진짜 먹을 수 있는건가? 했던 마당에 있는 오렌지 나무의 오렌지는 실제로 따먹는거였는데, 정말 신선하고 시큼해서 그 맛을 생각만해도 침이 흐를 것 같다🤤🍊 레슨 중간중간 미구엘과 회원분의 노래를 듣고 있으니 뭔가 영혼이 깨끗해지는 느낌이 들었다.🕊️ 뭐니뭐니해도 초강력했던 미구엘과 마리안의 레슨은 형민이와 저녁마다 회자하고 있다. 잊을 수 없는 영감을 준 두 분과의 첫 만남은 그야말로 완벽했다.🍀🍀

The studio I had only ever imagined my future dream space unfolded right before my eyes in its perfect form. 🍊🌳

There was an orange tree in the yard, and I remember thinking, “Wait… are those real? Can you actually eat them?”
Turns out you can and they were so fresh and tangy that just thinking about the taste makes my mouth water. 🤤🍊

During my stay there, Miguel and one of the members sang, and somehow it felt as if my soul was being cleansed. 🕊️
But above all, the lessons with Miguel and Marian were incredibly powerful Min and I keep talking about them every evening.
Our first encounter with these two truly inspiring teachers was, in every way, perfect. Thank you 👫✨

Isn’t LOVE ultimately what we all want?
LOVE can be expressed in so many ways… from the most subtle dedication to the most passionate demonstration.
Still, all gestures of LOVE are mighty powerful.

During our time in Cascais we shared, felt and lived LOVE in multiples forms.
Guiding through movement with empathy, sensibility and trust is a form of love.
Trusting your body with faith, open heart and a sense of vulnerability is a form of love.
Sharing a learning space with your fellow colleagues, each contributing to the gathering with their own uniqueness is a form of LOVE.
Opening the doors of your Pilates home and welcoming us with open arms and the highest spirits is a form of LOVE.

Thank you .pilates.pt & and each one of you who joined us for this workshop weekend.
Are hearts are filled up with LOVE 💚🙏🏻💫
