Micro Zen Joy Practice (under 1 minute):
1. Take one slow, deep breath and feel your body relax.
2. Think of someone’s happiness, no matter how small.
3. Silently repeat: “Their joy is my joy.”
4. Exhale slowly, imagining their happiness spreading gently into your heart.
5. Smile softly, even just a little — let the warmth linger.
