We all know by now the importance of healthy food... So here you have the recipe for this beautiful !! :

5 tablespoons of oat flakes
1 tablespoon of flaxseeds
1 banana
A handful of blackberries and blue berries or other berries available to you.
A little bit of almond milk.
Mix it all together in a blender and voila!

The function of water is vital for the metabolic process and the transfer of nutrients to the body. Staying well hydrated is a way of getting less tired while exercising. Although drinking water alone in large quantities is not recommended during sport, as it can cause a sharp drop in sodium concentration in the blood.

Therefore, we recommend you a homemade and natural recipe very easy to prepare: ✍🏽mixing a liter of water, adding a squeezed lemon, a small teaspoon of salt and sugar or honey up to everyone’s taste.
This blend is similar to the function of an isotonic drink, but without colorants or extra additives.
This treatment will help to level the blood circulation over the muscle fibers and fight muscle pain.

👉🏽LA IMPORTANCIA DE LA HIDRATACIÓN ANTES, DURANTE Y DESPUES DEL EJERCICIO. 🧘🏽‍♂️🤸🏽‍♂️

La función del agua es vital para el proceso metabólico y la transferencia de nutrientes al cuerpo. Mantenerse bien hidratado es una forma de estar menos cansado mientras se hace ejercicio. Aunque no se recomienda beber agua sola en grandes cantidades durante la práctica deportiva, ya que puede provocar una fuerte disminución de la concentración de sodio en la sangre.

Por lo tanto, le recomendamos una receta casera y natural muy fácil de preparar: ✍🏽mezclar un litro de agua, añadir un limón exprimido, una cucharadita de sal y azúcar o miel al gusto de cada uno.
Esta mezcla es similar a la función de una bebida isotónica, pero sin colorantes ni aditivos adicionales.
Este tratamiento ayudará a nivelar la circulación sanguínea sobre las fibras musculares y a combatir el dolor muscular.

NAMASQUATS LIFESTYLE🧘🏽‍♀️|| Stress is a part of life. We all suffer from it but what matters most is how you handle it. Yoga and/or meditation could really help you. We love to practice yoga outdoor and reconnect with nature. For example contemplating the ocean produces a lot of peace, the tensions dissolve as the waves come and go... 🌊🌊🌊 Just by observing the flow of water and allowing our mind to get carried away is very relaxing, reassures us and makes us feel in harmony.
