Immediate Post-Op: Functional Rhinoseptoplasty (RSP)
Precision in every detail. This case highlights the immediate intraoperative results of a functional RSP, focusing on structural integrity and airway optimization.
The primary objective was to address internal nasal valve collapse and septal deviation to ensure unobstructed airflow. While the functional correction is the priority, maintaining a balanced, natural dorsal profile is a fundamental part of the surgical plan.
Procedure: Functional Rhinoseptoplasty (RSP)
Status: Immediate post-operative (tabletop result)
Focus: Structural support, airway patency, and profile refinement.
Visible improvements in the nasofacial angle and supratip break are evident, even prior to the resolution of surgical edema.
