"Aliento es vida" (Ilse Middendorf). Cada célula se alimenta de él, cada palabra pronunciada está sujeta en él, cada sonido se sostiene en su fluir. Los sentimientos viven de su fuerza y las dificultades de la existencia encuentran un nuevo equilibrio en él. “Breath is life” (Ilse Middendorf). Every cell, every word, every vocal sound is nourished through it. Our breath influences life experience and feelings and helps us to balance our existence. Our body perceives breath movement through inhaling and exhaling. The pause before each new inhale gives us peace. Breath in its natural rhythm is the source of authentic mental, psychic and physical experience. Breathing is a deeply personal experience when we are consciously practicing it without trying to interfere. Three interconnected components are working together in Breathexperience:
- Focus on your body, be present
- Perceive yourself, sense breath movement
- Allow your breath, let it come and go on its own
Our awareness and support of a dialogue between the healing forces of allowing and the forces of doing determine the process of personal growth on the threshold between our conscious and unconscious existence. Breathexperience does not push any healing process, but orients and connects to core substance within and initiates a development that enhances healing forces emerging out of our own resources. It offers a path using these resources as a guide to develop a balanced state of being which supports the authentic Self to unfold and grow towards its real destiny.
