Private Yoga – 8 Weeks
If you’ve been thinking about starting yoga or coming back to it, but haven’t quite found the right way, this might be for you.
I work with people who feel stiff, stressed, overwhelmed or a bit disconnected from their bodies. People who want to feel better physically but also mentally
You don’t need experience. You don’t need to be flexible. What you do need is a willingness to commit to yourself for a few weeks.
This isn’t about pushing or forcing anything.
It’s about learning how to move in a way that supports your body and noticing how that slowly changes how you feel mentally too.
Over 8 weeks, I’ll support you with:
✨ Building strength in a safe, steady way
✨ Moving with more ease and confidence
✨ Releasing tension, both physically and mentally
✨ Creating a routine that actually feels doable
I teach in a very personal way. I adapt everything to you and I’ve seen how powerful this work can be not just in bodies getting stronger but in people feeling calmer, more grounded and more comfortable in themselves.
This is a commitment to yourself and you won’t be doing it alone. I’ll be there to guide and support you the whole way.
