Yesterday I had a private session with one of my students. She has a job where she spends most of the day sitting and because of this she is left feeling tight and stiff. We focused on gentle movement to release tension and open up the areas that feel stuck.
We also worked with breathwork and relaxation to help calm her mind — giving her space to slow down and feel more ease in her body.
