Do you want to feel better in your body
physically and mentally?
If you’ve been thinking about starting yoga, or coming back to it, but haven’t quite found the right way, this might be for you.
I work with people who feel stiff, stressed, overwhelmed, or a bit disconnected from their bodies. People who want to move better, feel stronger, and create a little more calm in their mind too.
You don’t need experience.
You don’t need to be flexible.
What you do need is a willingness to commit to yourself for a few weeks.
This isn’t about pushing or forcing anything.
It’s about learning how to move in a way that supports your body, and noticing how that slowly starts to change how you feel mentally too.
Over 8 weeks, I’ll support you with:

✨ Releasing tension, physically and mentally
✨ Creating a routine that actually feels doable
I teach in a very personal way and adapt everything to you. I’ve seen how powerful this work can be not just in bodies getting stronger, but in people feeling calmer, more grounded, and more comfortable in themselves.
