We’re starting this Friday at 7:30am and it’ll run for 6 weeks 🧘‍♀️🙌💪

It’s all about building strength in a steady, realistic way through movement, breath, and just showing up each week.

Nothing extreme, just a good, consistent practice that helps you feel stronger in your body and a bit more grounded in your mind.

Private Yoga – 8 Weeks

If you’ve been thinking about starting yoga or coming back to it, but haven’t quite found the right way, this might be for you.

I work with people who feel stiff, stressed, overwhelmed or a bit disconnected from their bodies. People who want to feel better physically but also mentally

You don’t need experience. You don’t need to be flexible. What you do need is a willingness to commit to yourself for a few weeks.

This isn’t about pushing or forcing anything.
It’s about learning how to move in a way that supports your body and noticing how that slowly changes how you feel mentally too.

Over 8 weeks, I’ll support you with:

✨ Building strength in a safe, steady way
✨ Moving with more ease and confidence
✨ Releasing tension, both physically and mentally
✨ Creating a routine that actually feels doable

I teach in a very personal way. I adapt everything to you and I’ve seen how powerful this work can be not just in bodies getting stronger but in people feeling calmer, more grounded and more comfortable in themselves.

This is a commitment to yourself and you won’t be doing it alone. I’ll be there to guide and support you the whole way.

Little reminder

We are starting tomorrow when there is sun in the sky 🙌🙏

Week one of our Flow Into Strength journey starts tomorrow and we’re beginning with the foundations.

We’ll learn Ujjayi breathing and move through Sun Salutations — the basics that vinyasa is built on. Learning how to connect breath and movement and find a nice rhythm.

No experience needed. This is the perfect place to start.

And yes… obviously there will be strengthening involved 💪

Because the truth is, everybody’s practice looks different.

Some people focus on strength and want to build more strength.
Some people come because their body feels stiff or sore.
Some people just need to get out of their head for a while and breathe.

Your practice doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s and trust me that’s why I know yoga works for everyone because I help you get what you need.

I’m just here to help you give your body what it needs whether that’s something physical, mental, or even a little bit spiritual.

That’s the beauty of yoga. It meets you where you are.

Don’t judge your practice compared to other people’s, it’s all about what you need and what makes you feel better and I’m here to help you get the most of the practice 🙏🧘‍♀️

Life gets busy. We all know that.

So this is just an invitation to step away for a few days.

Come spend a weekend with us in nature.
We’ll move, breathe, slow down, eat really good food, have some laughs and just take a little break from the usual routine.

There’ll be yoga, yin yoga, breathwork, meditation and a bit of journaling and reflection too.

Nothing complicated. Just simple practices that help you reconnect with yourself and feel good in your body again.

So the 6 week beach program starts this Saturday and I’m so excited to get going. Six weeks of moving, breathing, getting stronger together and learning together.

And for my ladies here in Spain… the yoga retreat is coming up and I would absolutely love to have you there. A few days to slow down, practice yoga, eat really good healthy food, relax, laugh and take some proper time for yourself. It’s honestly such a beautiful investment in you.

And don’t worry for my ladies at home I haven’t forgotten about you. An Ireland retreat is coming soon 🌱🧘‍♀️✨💃
