I THINK I'M FALLING IN LOVE
Yesterday, I received a message from someone I have worked with a few times, most recently not long ago. This person has been in a relationship for some time and was unsure about the future of the relationship and his feelings towards his partner.
“After the our last meeting with you, I feel like I’m falling in love with my partner.”
Well… - I replied. Because when a partner stops subconsciously replacing a parent for us, we start to see him or her…

As a man…
As a woman…
Not as a mom or dad.
It’s a bit like having blurred vision due to a visual impairment and suddenly putting on perfectly fitted glasses and starting to see everything clearly. As it is.
