Bringing innovation in systems to give rise transformational changes is always a big deal. It was a priviledge to facilitate, train and work with a group of 12 enthusiastic people to face 3 real challenges around food waste in the region of Valencia. Creating these changes not only entails collective creativity ans sentivity for emergent patterns and dynamics but also the courage to deal with uncertainty, paradoxes and complexity. My hat is off to you guys!!! A 4 day intense training within an initiative of Tierra Ciudadana Upv and Ayuntamiento de Valencia.

Binging innovation in systems is always a big deal that entails collective creativity and sensitive for dynamics but also a significant courage to explore the complexity of relationships, paradoxes and paradigms that shape the current reality in a subtle but restless fashion. It was a privilege to support and train 12 enthusiastic people facing 3 complex challenges around waste food in the region of Valencia. An initiative of Cátedra Tierra Ciudadana UPV and the Ayuntamiento de Valencia. Thank you all the participants, I learnt a lot from your own experience 😃

And where are the values? Organisations have eluded the tough/deep conversation about values for years. However the corporate culture is always in presence irrespective of conversations. By only bringing it up companies can build a solid and tangible culture based on values and supporting the creation of real value for customers, shareholders, employees and communities. Has time already come for it?

This morning at INDRA company running a workshop on corporate values. Employees living the values, exploring their own alignment and providing values with personal nuances and concrete behaviours 😃.

Fueling creativity at workplace to approach challenges from a different and more innovative perspective. Really inspiring to witness the process of ideas being born, people turning hunches into solutions and being also transformed by the new insights gained. :-D

Yesterday co-facilitating with Guillermo Palau from the Universitat Politècnica de València UPV the workshop with LEGO® Serious Play® on the challenge of transforming open data into useful information for citizens, at Programació de Las Naves, Centre d'Innovació organized by Ajuntament de València, Universitat Politècnica de València UPV and Escola Tècnica Superior d'Enginyeria Informàtica.

A bunch of highly enthusiastic and committed people willing to explore who is making the open data community and the uncertain waves for the future. Building a shared vision for the open data in a near future and how to overcome barriers and concerns. Bringing values to the flow of data: , , ... dreaming how to transform the society by means of data availability and use.

Un evento organizado por la cátedra govern obert junto con el Ajuntament de València la Universitat Politècnica de València UPV y la Escola Tècnica Superior d'Enginyeria Informàtica.

Facilitation of an emotionally intense team workshop with a client in a hospital. A team made up of doctors, researchers and project managers working together and looking for growing and learning.
The menu was: delving into individuals' identities, unfolding blind spots; developing the entity of the team: defining the while bringing to the fore the of the human ; and digging out what the team needs to evolve and grow.
