We have 2 wonderful apartments in Benidorm, in the same building,above Jumping Jacks. Excellent location,only 4 minutes walking to Levante Beach and 10/12 minutes to Old Town. The apartments are for 6 people each, 2 bathrooms,Air conditioning,sea views,wifi,pool,private parking,very complete kitchen...one of the apartment with chill out balcony and another with the balcony inside the living-room. The apartments has a high score in Booking (9,5 and 9,2),very clean,comfortable and legal licence. We rent for weekends, weeks,months...During the low season (January to March principally),special prices for people (principally couples)Who want to spend 1-2 months. Apartments for a maximum of 6 people, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning, sea views, Wi-Fi, one of them with a beautiful chill-out terrace, swimming pool , tennis court, parking...Very comfortable, clean, cared for, safe and equipped (dishwasher, washing , ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender...). A person will wait for you in the apartment (you do not have to go to another place to get keys). Directly from the property with a vacation license. One of the best rated in Benidorm by Booking (9.6). We still have some dates available for the next few months.

Muy limpio y cuidado. Licencia vacacional. Solo 20% a la reserva y resto en efectivo a la llegada.

At last the restrictions on travel to Benidorm are being relaxed and it's showing in the number of bookings.
If you are thinking of travelling to Benidorm we offer 2 wonderful flats (Gemelos 23) in an excellent location, 4 real minutes from Levante beach and 10 minutes from the centre, above Jumping jacks (don't worry about the noise, high floors, well soundproofed...during the day in this area there are more people than at night). Flats for maximum 6 people,2 bathrooms (there are few flats with 2 bathrooms),air conditioning and heating at no extra cost,wifi,sea views,swimming pool and one of them with an amazing chill out terrace. Flats very equipped, comfortable, clean and well cared for, with tourist license and directly from the owner (to avoid commissions from intermediaries). Pensando en viajar a Benidorm?... Ofrecemos la mejor opción para alojarse, 2 apartamentos en el mismo edificio (uno en planta 11 y otro en planta 13),para máximo de 6 personas, 2 baños, aire acondicionado (sin cargo adicional), wifi, plaza de parking privada (no comunitaria,donde en verano hay más coches que plazas),piscina muy tranquila,vistas al mar, a 4 minutos reales andando de la playa (siempre mucho cuidado con esta información), sin cuestas y a 10-12 del centro. Uno de los apartamentos con una relajante terraza chill out y otro con terraza integrada en el salón (mayor tamaño),estilo cómodo clásico pero muy cómodo Apartamentos muy equipados (lavadora,lavavajillas,vitro de 4 fuegos,horno normal,microondas,cafetera,exprimidor...), ,muy comodos (colchones viscoelásticos, suelos de mármol,aislamiento térmico y acústico)...muy limpio y desinfectados tras cada estancia. In 2021 we have improved the rating of our flats, one of the best rated in Benidorm 🏖☀🏖😀😀(location, cleanliness, comfort, equipment).
Flats for maximum 6 persons, 2 bathrooms, air-conditioning, sea views, swimming pool, excellent location (on Jumping Jacks, 4 real minutes from Levante Beach and 10-12 minutes from Old Town), great equipment (washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, oven, ceramic hob...). Flats very clean and with tourist license. We deliver the keys in the flats (no need to move to another point), adapting to the schedules of customers. One of the flats has a fantastic chill out terrace. Renting for weekends, weeks, fortnights... Benidorm 🏖☀🏖, Playa de Levante. Disponemos de 2 apartamentos en el mismo edificio. Uno con terraza chill out y otro más clasico. Para máximo 6 personas, 2 baños, aire acondicionado, vistas al mar, Wifi, plaza de garaje privada y cubierta, piscina comunitaria (muy tranquila y familiar), cancha de tenis. Muy buena puntuación en Booking (9,4) por su limpieza, cuidado y equipamiento (lavadora, lavavajilla, vitro de 4 fuegos, horno normal, microondas, cafetera, batidora, exprimidor, tostadora, suelos de marmol...). Urbanización muy tranquila, cuidada, con seguridad (camaras) y conserje. Los apartamentos se encuentran a 4 minutos reales andando de la Playa de Levante (sin cuestas) y a 10-12 del casco antiguo (zona bares). En la zona hay bares, supermercado, farmacia... Los apartamentos son muy comodos (colchones viscoelasticos), se entregan muy limpios y han sido renovados en 2020 y 2018. Licencia turistica.
