✅ Modern irrigation with controlled water pressure - Gold standard in UK
✅Micro-suction - another UK Gold standard practice
❌ Old-style syringing – banned in UK clinical practice due to safety risks
❌ No qualification or experience – not safe for ear care
❌ 1-day or half-day courses – insufficient training for safe treatment
❌ Ear Hopi Candles - strongly discouraged by ENT specialists and health authorities in Spain and the UK. They offer no proven benefits and can cause burns, blockages, or permanent injury
