My name is John Seton and I help golfers get out of pain, move better and increase how far they hit the golf ball.
I spent years getting back and neck injuries playing golf and the only advice from experts was to rest.
These experts didn't play golf, and had no idea about the game.
So the answer was pain killers and see what happens.
In early 2011 I found the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI)
I went through multiple certification programs, travelling all over the UK to work with guys that worked with the pros, just to get that extra bit of knowledge or insider secrets.
In 2014 it really all came together.
That year TPI put on their first ever level 2 medical seminar in the UK at the Belfry.
Everything that I had been working on myself and with the guys that had come to see me just fell magically into place.
In the space of 5 months with no golf instruction I cut 5 strokes off my game ..
(I would advise that if you get a massive increase in range of motion or distance from Golf Performance you want a golf instructor to get the best results out of it)
I also increased my distance and was taking one less club on every shot.
I spent a year at the prestigious Wentworth Club treating golfers in pain, and that gave me an idea that more could be done to help a golfer and shortly after built The GolfMob, A fitness system specifically designed for golfers to lose weight and gain distance.
In 2017, I built the foundations of Unbreakable Golfers.
Which took all the results I'd had with golf specific treatment, exercise and added in the powerful tools of how to change your damaging behaviours and self limiting habits.
I can guarantee you have absolutely no idea what you are truly capable of.
Golf performance gives you the ability to get better every day and get better as you get older.
There is now over 20 years of research on how a golfers body actually helps or hinders their golf swing.
It's used by 99% of the golfers you see on tour.
Golf Performance can improve any golfer old or young or with a high or low handicap. It only takes a commitment to get better.
