This low carb pizza is perfect for people on a low carbohydrate diet, people with diabetes, diabetics type 1, type 2, or anyone who wants a pizza that won’t spike their blood sugar levels.
Ingredients:
- I am using mini tortillas from the brand Mexifood
- Add crushed tomato sauce at the base and then the toppings
- When you have added all your ingredients, be careful with the grated cheese, use no more than 50g
- Put in the oven at 200C or 392F for 8 or 10 minutes and enjoy!
