We are based in Navarra, Northern Spain where we also run an organic small holding. I am passionate about sustainable living, conscious consuming, gut health, the mind body skin connetion, and love serving others on their path of wellness and light.

Living a happy life is not the result of always taking the easy option.

By continually choosing to follow your heart and live authentically, we give our children permission to stay true to themselves throughout their lives.

They learn that their own happiness and fulfillment are worth pursuing, even when the path requires courage they didn't know they had.

Taking care of myself isn't a luxury, its what allows me to take care of everything else 🧡

Life is a constant balancing act. Between work, home, single parenting, and actually being authentically present for my people, its easy to put myself at the bottom of the list!!!

But this is where I come back to myself. My practice. On my mat I find strength, calm and space to breathe. It's where I re-fill my own cup so I can show up with more patience, energy and love - for those most important to me, and for myself.
