Hi everyone! This video is the next sequence in our boat pose (jackknife in Pilates). Please begin with the beginner video and level up to this one for an extra challenge. Remember to keep your spine long, chest up, and focus on your breathing as you contract your tummy muscles. I love these exercises because I can take them wherever I go to feel strong!
