💛 A Little Update from Costa Health 💛
As many of you know, our brilliant Sarah is currently in hospital awaiting back surgery. She’s in safe hands and being wonderfully cared for — and we’re all behind her as she prepares for surgery and the recovery ahead.
For the next 3–4 months, Sarah will be taking time away from chiropractic treatments to focus fully on her recovery. She’ll still be managing Costa Health behind the scenes — because running a clinic involves much more than just treatments.
This pause is a chance for Sarah to give herself the same care and compassion she’s shown to so many others over the years. As a team rooted in holistic health, we believe deeply in the mind-body connection — and right now, Sarah’s healing journey deserves her full attention.
